Albert Einstein said, “Setting an example is not the main means of influencing another, it is the only means.” To this end, my footprint in this world has become much smaller in the recent past. My family and I take recycling very seriously. The Huber home has a new kitchen with recycled glass and concrete counters, linoleum flooring, and Energy Star appliances. By next fall, we will be generating one half of our electricity with solar panels on our roof. We will have a green roof over my office, reducing cooling needs in the summer, and serving as my test ground for green roofs in New Jersey.
