LANDSCAPE Plan

The bulk of my work is providing clients with a detailed Master Plan.  This allows them to control the project from concept through installation.  I will work through concept plans to design development to a final master plan with all the information you need to bid and permit your project.   I will discuss materials, budgets, and time frames and give you plenty of time for input before I finalize your plan.  This can be for your entire property or just your back yard. Contact me to discuss further and set up an initial meeting.

CONSULTING

Maybe you don’t need a plan – maybe you just need some sound advice. You’ve got some ideas, but you're stuck. Or, you just have a small area you need help with. Maybe you have an idea and you need someone to bounce your idea off of who can steer you in the right direction (or talk you out of a bad idea). If that is where you’re at, I am happy to work as a consultant. There are two ways I can consult with you:

Consult-Web.jpg

One hour on-site consultation with followup
one page brief: $500.00

This may be all you need. Have your site plan available, along with any pictures you may have torn out of magazines or found on Instagram. The typical scenario is one hour on-site, discussing your garden, starting outside and moving in if necessary. Within a week, I will collate our discussion and send you a written note outlining the plan and how to move it forward. This does not include any drawings or plant lists.
The $500.00 fee is to be paid at the end of our one hour meeting.

On-site consultation with follow up sketch: $800.00+

You may need a sketch. Do you need a simple front foundation planting, a screening planting along your property line, or some ideas for a new back terrace, that you will be constructing yourself and does not have to go out to bid? This can generally be accomplished with a one hour on-site visit and then  a followup sketch that will be sent to you by e-mail.

The resulting plan will not be detailed and will not include construction drawings. This is a concept sketch for your own use. If you need a more detailed sketch for bidding or permitting, you will need to retain me for a full-blown plan, as this cannot be completed with one site visit.

There is a 3 hour minimum charge for this type of consultation. At the end of our meeting, I will be able to give you a good idea of how many more hours will be needed.  I will require a $500.00 retainer after our on-site meeting, with the balance due when I send you your sketch.
